Counsel meeting every published standard is assigned within 10 minutes of payment, or you are refunded in full.
Right-Service
If the service you selected is unsuitable or unnecessary, we tell you before starting and refund or transfer the payment to the correct service.
No-Wasted-Fee
The fee for an initial review is credited in full toward the related negotiation, drafting, dispute, diligence or transaction instruction.
