Refund Policy

A UAE legal professional will contact you within 10 minutes of payment. If no one contacts you within 10 minutes, your Index service fee is refunded in full. If we review your request and determine that we cannot provide the service you purchased, your Index service fee is also refunded in full.

The clock starts when your payment is confirmed. Contact means an attempt to reach you by WhatsApp or phone on the number you provided. If we cannot reach you because the number is unreachable or incorrect, the guarantee is treated as met.

Refunds are returned automatically to the original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

Once the service has been delivered as described, the Index service fee is not refundable. Third-party fees already paid on your behalf and with your approval are not refundable.

Government, court, notary, registration, translation, courier and other third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated. No third-party fee will be incurred without your approval.
