Terms of Service

Dubai Legal Office is operated by Index. Index arranges and coordinates legal, business and property services delivered by appropriately qualified UAE legal professionals and licensed service providers.

Each service page states a fixed Index service fee, what is included and the expected delivery time. The fee covers only the scope described on that page.

Government, court, notary, registration, translation, courier and other third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated. No third-party fee will be incurred without your approval.

A UAE legal professional will contact you within 10 minutes of payment. If no one contacts you within 10 minutes, your Index service fee is refunded in full. If we review your request and determine that we cannot provide the service you purchased, your Index service fee is also refunded in full.

Purchasing a service does not by itself create a lawyer-client retainer. Where a matter requires formal representation, the assigned UAE legal professional or law firm will confirm engagement terms with you separately before proceeding.

You agree that the information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. Delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not covered by the response guarantee.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
